We will meet weekly for a one-hour class. I will teach for 45 minutes, after which we'll have a 15-minute Q&A session. You'll have access to a platform where the videos will be stored for reference and you will be able to ask questions there during the week.
Each member will have one private coaching session with me at the beginning of each month to prepare you for the month ahead and to discuss any specific concerns you may have.
